Gratitude is Everything

To become more aware of what is happening in your Life, you must first become aware of the thoughts within your head. Are you worrying? Are you thinking negative thoughts? To be able to change those thoughts you must first become aware of them. In order to change your thought patterns from negativity to positive thinking you first show Gratitude with what you already have. Even if there is not much to be grateful for you can still find something within your life that is Positive. "I am Grateful for this coffee/tea today!" "I am Grateful I had a bed to sleep in last night." One you start being grateful with what you do have it changes your awareness instead of dwelling on what you don't have. Changing your though patterns will serve you in many ways. Today I am Grateful my husband is making me breakfast! He makes me food a lot and I know his heart is in it every day and I am so very thankful for that! What are you grateful for today?
